I bought a new cobalt ltz a few months ago, and since then have developed a sort of a gear chatter / diesel sound between the rpm's of 600-1600 when taking off in 1st and switching to 2nd and 3rd gear in low rpm range... It never did this when i bought it up until now. car has 5000 miles on a ecotec 2.2l with the 5spd trans.. not sure if its the trans or the motor? Other than that car runs excellent. Also does anyone know where your drain and refill the trans and with what fluid? Thanks!

for one you have a warranty so use it and u have a sealed tranny that dosnt need to be @!#$ with if you drain it youre dealer will find out and void your warranty.
