during the past week ive had some transmission issues. i have an a/t. the problem is quite random. about 3 times a day , my car will shift extremely hard, comparable to a race shift kit. the dash displays the low trac light. so im curious as to whether its a problem with the tranny itself, or the traction control keeps turning off by itself, causing the car to shift rough. anybody else have a similar problem. help is much appreciated.

there is no seperate control module for the trans. It is all done in the PCM
