For those of you who are familiar with the Ecotec engine....I was wondering about its durability, and if there are any inherent problems. I currently have a new G6 2.4L:.......Thank you.

Anyways...
The 2.4 L VVT motor is too new to really say how reliable it is. If it's anything like the rest of the ECOTEC motors, you should be fine.
