ok so im thinking about changing my plugs. what are the best ones to buy for a bone stock eco. also the spring conducter things that are on the rk sport site, are they worth it? do they actually do anything? im not very familiar with dist.less stuff so any pointers you guys have will help. thanks in advance. feel free to post to anything else in your replies. im looking to do some eng. bolt-on upgrades anyway.

Changing the plugs with less than 50K miles on a stock car would not be cost effective. You will not see any performance difference. Save your money for exhaust or an intake.
