hey i got a 02 chevy cavalier 2.2 ecotec sport sedan and i want to get all the power i can for a cheap price i am open for any suggestion please help
Boost, it is cheaper in the long run than N/A. Hahn Racecraft makes a turbo kit and there also is a GM supercharger kit that uses the stock Cobalt SS/SC(LSJ) supercharger parts. The turbo kit will make more power than the S/C, but the S/C still is very fun. Both are fine on the stock engine as long as you stay under 300whp and have a good tune on the car. PSI doesnt mean a damn thing.
I spent about $3500 to hit 220-230whp with my S/C'd cavalier. To make that same power N/A would easily cost twice as much.
