can you guys help me out?!?
about to install new pistons and rods on my ecotec 2.2 , and cannot do it w/out the right numbers for torque on head bolts, oil pan, and all the others....
anybody knows where to source this info ?
there must be a list somewhere!!
a quick search on google didn't turn up much specific, but there should be more out there. you may want to stop in at your local auto parts store and pick up a haynes or chiltons manual. that's the easiest way i can think of to get the torque and all other specs you need for your car.
i noticed the vauhall in your reg entry, are you in the UK (is that you?) or are you just a fan of the car?

If you are thinking a turbocharger, the 2.2 can get by with th Eagle Rods and the Wiseco pistons. An MLS headgasket is a good idea too. Other than those, your
engine rebuild kit can stay fairly stock
if you put an ecotec in a 95+ cavalier from a cavalier or
auto part usa sunfire as long as 5spd is a 5spd thier will be only one plug on the firewall if auto thier will be two.
