Each Gear has its own ratio as you have listed. The Final Drive gear is normally your fifth gear and should give you the closest to a 1:1 Ratio.
The final drive is your ring and pinion gears in your differential, not fifth. Also normally with 5-speeds, fifth is over drive and fourth is your "1:1" a.k.a. "direct drive" gear. But each gear has it's own ratio(which you posted).
