what kind of gains are you looking at compaired to the 4-2-1 and the 4-1 headers?
How much? Looks great! Any dyno information?

* Nate's 3.1" pulley
* GM Stage 2 belt
* OTT Dualpass endplate
* Cobra heat exhanger
* LSJ injectors
* "Custom" intake w/ K&N filter

*
RD Fabs 2" primary long tube header

It was a dyno day so they didnt bother trying to get a tach signal so i dont have any other info.
It is listed on their site
http://www.rdfabs.com/exhaust.php for $650, but are having a sale on JBO for Feb. 2010.

We were not looking for a specific hp # gain. The goal was to create a high flowing header that would compliment high hp S/C builds(Harrop builds). We went with 2" O.D. primaries to increase flow in the higher RPMs and we made it longer to help with the low end power. It is a very nice compromise of the Tusdo/RKsport 4-2-1 and Pacesetter LSJ/L61 4-1. I have not noticed any loss in the lower rpms and have noticed a nice gain up top.

219whp - I <3 whine
Here are some finished pics:
Inside of the collector
Exhaust ports compared to the stock L61 manifold
Collector size compared to the stock L61 collector
Side by side with a stock L61 manifold
Clearance
Another clearance shot, everything is aprox. 1/2" away, perfect fitment.
Installed in my dirty engine bay
Installation was a PITA due to it's length. We had to unbolt the upper engine mount and front(5-speed) tranny mount to tilt the engine forward. The we had to drop the subframe ~2" to get enough room to drop it in. Cody from RD Fabs has a whole write up on JBO about the installation of this header.
