hey guys need some help on picking out a cam kit for my 02 2.2 ecotec and maybe a turbo kit

Actually no, that number is for the supercharger kit, he wants a turbo. Here is a link for the turbo kit from hahn racecraft. Can't get better quality than them for turbo kits,
http://www.turbosystem.com/auto/Cavalier/ecotecplatform.htm . Also if your going to cam before you boost then get a stage 1 cam, if your going to cam at the same time if not after boost then go with the comp cams turbo cam from turbo tech racing.

I would get the turbo kit in and running stable/reliable then think about whether you can still afford the internals a more aggressive turbo cam requires.
The turbo cams DO NOT require a built engine. But if your plans include 300+hp, it would be a very good idea to invest in better internals.
