If u go to Turbo-kits.com they have a stage II racing turbo for my 04 Sunfire. I`t specifically says that it "safely" goes onto stock manifolds with no harm and will not scar the inards, is this true?

Um. No. I will come with a turbo maniflold bc the stock manifold doesnt have the right outlet. And yes it is a very safe system. Only runs your car at about 8 psi i believe when the ecotec can take up to 10 psi no problem.
Ran 12psi on my stage 2 kit 3 years ago... on the stock intake manifold, exhaust is supplied, stock insides and made 248hp and 262tq ,very tough kit. Beat mine for 2 summers with next no issues.
