Need to find a good engine builder

I am located in Fresno California and am looking for a good engine builder to build a strong and reliable ecotec engine for our rock crawling buggy that is located in California. If you know of anyone please let me know.

really? thats really dissapointing I was planning on getting a built crate engine from them in the next year and then just get a turbo kit. That really sucks actually I dont wanna pay like 5000 thousand dollars just for parts.
