well i just ordered a AEM cold air intake...but i'm sure im just bought the name for the most part...i'm looking for 4-2-1 weapon r headers my friend said they make 4-2-1's but i only found 4-1s if anyone knows where to find it just leave a link plz... or if anyone has a rk sport 4-2-1 i also wanna know ur imput too! thanks
I have an RKsport header and it sucks. I mean the power is great but it leaks at the Y pipe connection to the header itself, i have had to change the gasket at least 10 times in the past year. I would go with the the header that Bill's Isuzu Performance makes. The RKsport header does not fit very well at all for stares and the bolt holes for the Y pipe to header connection are all in a line parallel to the engine (which causes a major flex point), I even install stiff upper and lower motor mounts and this still did not fix the Y pipe problem. Good luck if you decide to buy one, my header has made me so mad that i have decided to go turbo so i can ditch the RKpoop header.

wow I haven't had those problems^^^with my RK header...
I've heard the Weapon R header fits better than RK's
but they're basicly the same.
Pacesetter has a 4-1 header for the ECO you might wanna check them out

Yeah I've heard very good things about the Pace Setter Header, heard good and bad about the RK and Weapon R header, most people say the weapon R is just a copy of RKSports header, so they are basically the same, at least thats how I understand it. later, James <br>
hey man i have the weapon r header which is a 4-2-1 on my 2003 cavalier.perfect performance man it gains u quite a bit of torque i was quite surprised...the top end feels the same its just that the lower rpm band feels way better(yes its a stick).anyway my buddy has the rk sport one and guess what theyre just about the same, the only rthing that sucks with both of the headers is that u either have to pry the engine to move it or u remove the lower motor mount to put it on....trust me i did everything i could, i removed the rear motor moi=unt its not hard but trust me once its on ul love it,oh yeah remember that both the headers u have to take to a muffler shop to get it welded to the cat bvecause the 2003 and 2004 cavalier have welded cats on the stock piiping,i ran it open header to the muffler shop about 2 miles away and it was fine .
I have the RK 4-2-1 and it works like a dream... love the sound... love the power...

i went with the 4-2-1 weapon R header and i'm going to get the rest of my exhaust custom bent. looking to get 2.5'' piping b/c i'm looking at a turbo in the future
Do any of these companies make headers for the Ion? I figure the firewall is different so the J-body models won't fit.
