Ok...I have used my 03 ECOtec as a daily driver ever since it rolled of the showroom floor. It has close to 75000 miles on it. I am thinking about swapping it out for a brand new engine. Not exactly sure what I would like to put in there though. I was thinking ab out swapping it with say a Cobalt SS engine. There is also the thought that I should just rebuild the whole damn thing from ground up. I am very shortly going to be adding a lot of nods including forced induction and I want to make sure that the engine can stand up to it without a problem. Any suggestions would be great.

As long as the motor still runs good the gmpp supercharger is the way I would go. Theres no point swapping out your motor if it still runs fine. You could always install the supercharger and if in 40 or 50k miles you start having problems then bolt up the s/c onto a new motor.....

The cobalt ss motor wont swap into your cav.......
