Hi everyone new here.

I'm now on my 4th j-body and just picked up an 03 with 2.2 ecotec.

Now i"ve been researching the motor and trying to find some details on cam profiles over the years. Now I think i found and answer to my question of how muh lift my stock cams would have being .450 intake and exhaust. If i'm wrong someone please corect me. Now while looking into this I have discovered that the early 2.2 eco's in the 2000/01/02 Saturn L200 had a more agressive cam but I have been unable to find any specs on these. Also I have noted that the 2007 cam has a higher amount of lift. I havenot been able to find out much about duration on any of them. I plan to build a top end on this motor in the next year or so and am looking into cam options and if tese cams are even useable in my motor.

If anyone can offer any information on this subject I would appreciate it/

Honestly, I don't know for sure. I heard something about this but personally, I'd just look for a aftermarket source for something more so of the powerband you're aiming for.

There are plenty of companies out there that you can check out.
