i was looking at the tenzo-r sport lowering springs on gravadatuning.com and was wondering if they are quality springs.....and how is the shipping with gravadatuning......is it relatively fast....or does it take forever....

Don't get them, there has been a lot of negative comments about them lately. One quote comes to mind, " you get what you pay for"

As far as I know, Sprint Springs are pretty good, but if you want ride quality plus a good drop then go with Eibach Sportlines, they give a 1.8" drop just like the Sprint's. I'm not sure how the ride quality is for the Sprint's. I personally like my springs fairly stiff, so really for ride quality, its all personal preference.
