200hp all motor?

How mutch work would it take to get me to around 200hp flywheel without nitrus or turbo? Would simple boltons get me that high? I'm thinking-
intake
header
high flow cat
high flow muffler
bigger TB
upper and lower mounts
cams
(port, polish?)

and doing this only showing an intake? When I'm done I want a serious sleeper here. How mutch would the basics cost, how mutch HP increse and can I get a balpark average 1/4 mile time? Thanks!

200hp n/a is going to take som serious money. plan on raising the compression changing the cams and using a stand alone computer to get the engine to rev enough to get the power you want. the stock computer won't allow rpm past 6500 (correct me if I'm wrong) and to get 200 hp I think you will probably need 7000 at least. it will be spendy to be sure. using a turbo can be stealthy if you are clever with heatshields and ducting. A turbo would easily get you the 200hp you desire and it will make the exhaust quieter than an N/A could ever be at that power level.

Just my $.02

I´m going that route this winter with my 2.2 (Opel Speedster)

intake - dBilas
header - WeaponR
high flow cat - Milltek
high flow muffler - Milltek
bigger TB - Chevy 68 mm (electric)
upper and lower mounts - nope
cams - Pipercams high-perf regrind
underdrive pulley - RKSport
port & polish - headwork keeping the standard size valves

The european ECU can be remapped to raise the rev limit. Some guys here have had 190 HP, I expect to get +200 HP

upgrading the valve springs increases your redline to 8500rpm instead of 6500 stock.
wiesco pistons will give you around 30 more hp.
and running hotter cams on that can give around another 30-35
which already puts you over the mark.

Which valve springs are that?

The pistons will not add any power, will they? Maybe 5 HP for compression increase

Well, sorry, for starters we have an electric TB.
