i'm a newbie, have a2008 hhr 2.2 love the car, have 20,000 on it. I use amsoil 5/30 and have K&N air filter, and E-3 plugs am hoping to get 200,000 out of mtr. and tranny. What do you guys with exp. with ecotech think , any hope. Moderate driver, about 50/50 city-hwy.
Swap back to the factory ACDelco plug, they are the best plug for ecos.

Sorry I have to disagree the E-3 plugs have better combustion than ac delcos..especially if your looking fo better performance and gas mileage. Thats all I run now...and Tom throw in a k&n air filter or intake up to you. Intake is better but more expensive.
