I have 2006 2.4 HHR that has started to shift very hard after highway driving
on trips. 65-70 mph for two -three hours. Stop for gas, shifts very hard.
Shut engine down 30 minutes or more, shifts fine.
I had a BG trans flush 1500 mile ago. Did it before the service and is doing it
after the service. Car has 64,000 miles on it.
Any suggestions?
You still have a warranty on it? I assuming no since you are asking on here about it. I would make sure the tranny fluid is topped up first.
You might have better luck on this forum :

Thanks for the reply, The fluid it topped off. I had Chevy service the trans (BG), I hope the
thing is topped off.
The warrante on 2006 is 36,000 miles I believe.
The pan gasket has a slight weep, not dripping, I don't think that would effect anything.

check your Intake Air Temp sensor. I know doesn't make sense.
