I have an 02' Grand am with 2.2 eco
Just installed the B&M shift plus last night , tapped into the harness right at the tranny.
Works good , shifts definately better... only in both" ." and " .. " settings it will intermittently set off Check engine light. Resets after vehicle restart . Any idea why i am getting this code??????????
Also have ETS doesn't matter if it's off or on.
Any suggestions?

Try not starting the car with the kit in a setting, try starting the car with the setting in stock position. After starting the car then switch it to the setting of your choice. That is what I do and there is no CEL coming on. Just remember to turn it off when you turn off the car.
