like the title says i was thinking of getting a zex wet kit for my 2.4 ld9 engine and was wondering what would be the biggist shot of mitrous i could use without even having the slightist chance of detination or internals breaking down. thank for all you feed back in advance

I personally don't know anyone spraying on the 2.4

Gradually raise the shot and see how it reacts. I personally (just in general with 4 cylinder stock engines) wouldn't go higher than a 75 shot.

oh ye i would be deffenitly useing a wet kit but iv heard people saying that a 55 wet @!#$ is perfectly safe on the 2.2's so shouldnt the 2.4's be abel to handle a 55 shot with out a problem... mabey even a 75 shot

i would start at 55 than work up, keep checking your plugs after each run, if you burn in a quarter, stop the engine pull the plugs, all of them not just one, and when you get to a purple look on one of the plugs go 1 step down or keep it the same just 1 step cooler plug. now you have to check the plugs with in a few min. of driving not burn than drive home for 10 min and check. burn pull over and check, do not drive more than a mile to check after burn of will remove any purple haze, good luck
