So would a hahn stage 1 kit and a gm supercharger work 2gether on the ecotec? The stage 1 kit does not come with intercooler, looks like the turbo bolts right onto the exhaust manifold. And the supercharger would jus bolt onto the intake manifold right? That would b sweet 2 see on a j, but not the bill $$$$$

It's not that simple...and it's not necessary either.

yes and it works great all the torque of turbo and top end with the low and mid of the supercharger. yes you put the super on and use a turbo from the Saab but you need to intercool the turbo, run a stage 3 supercharger kit to take care of fuel. and a larger water cooler for the supercharger. and if on 2.2 just need to change rods pistons and injectors. only thing will hold back is head gasket will go at 350hp can use cosmetic gasket and should put head studs in will hold till crank snaps, so good luck

I'm sorry but half of what you said makes no sense and the other half I don't understand where you're getting the information from. I'm not trying to bash you but it's not a simple process and it's not even particularly necessary to twin charge if you're looking for performance.

think of your gas mileage

it was done to see if could be done, the head gasket pushes out at around 350- 400hp, due to boost. and the supercharger is helping the turbo bye forcing air through engine than help turbo spool fast, there is no lag maybe a tenth of a second till throttle opens that is all. and compound induction is great for a car you drive all the time everything is helping the other i have close to 50,000 miles on it with close to 60,000 on the car, there is no issues with this thing, and better off cause they all are mounted in factory locations so do not interferer with space. if you have any questions ask them do not be an idiot and make comments if you are not clear on my postings i will help explain to who ever asks. and the car is built in conjunction with bates engineering and Saturn motor sports, so please just ask anything! and the car still gets over 300 miles to a tank in city, as long as not floored than get like 6 passes on a quarter tank.

its twin charged though, you would still need to do everything he did...

i think you should go for it, it would be cool... you dont need it, the right turbo would give you everything you need.... and the s/c would eventually bottle neck your system if you get to high enough power/boost level... but it would be cool to see a twin charged ecotec
