hey. i recently got a 2008 cobalt LT2 2.2l 5 spd. which i thought was amazing. until my buddy bought a 2007 cobalt ss... i dont like the fact that he can beat my ass lol. im looking to supercharge this 2.2 in the safest way possible. any information or suggestions on what i can do would be greatly appreciated.
-having a 2.2 ss would obviously create more power than a 2.0 ss right?
-what is needed to supercharge my car?
-what aftermarket CAI can be used with these?
-does exhaust need to be changed to compensate for ss?
-is the gain really worth the $$$?
-can i get a 2.0 ss off a scraped ss cobalt and mount on my 2.2?
thanks for any and all info
hmm no edit option.. o well
should i be looking for a tc instead??
the sc is great setup and can be done for a grand or less. The TC option for your car is made by hahn and gives decent amount of power. I recommend the SC due to the fact that you have instant power when the gas pedal is pushed.
