Hi I have a 2.2 ecotec and i have a 2.4l intake manifold on my car with the adapter plate. GM recently @!#$ the timming up on my car and caused it to ping... last time i go there. After 2 months of fighting with warranty and GM I had another company rebuild it. Now the problem is that the IAC is blocked by the adapter plate i got from crateengine. Now i know you can drill hole and make it work but the shop i took it to adjusted the idle already and i was wondering if i reset the ecu will that reset the idle... Anyone got any ideas?

not sure try it and find out. if it does bite the bullet and drill the hole. it's not hard.
