Hey I am trying to remove the back seat in my 01 cavi without ruining it. Im doing this for temporary weight reduction and so i can put in a custom speaker mounting kit in its place and possibly a nitrous system. I've seem to figure out a possible way of doing it but it might cause it to break or ruin it if I may be wrong. Can anyone tell me a general step by step on how to do this
you need to get a pretty beefy flathead and push on the two clips under the seat if you push hard enough and lift it should come out.

yea i was doing that and the one side is coming along fine but it sounds like im gonna break the other side when i do it. This method isn't gonna keep me from putting the seat back in, incase i go to resell the car for any reason
do it just like the other one. i broke both of mine cause i dont like them but no one would ever know it because my seat doesnt move at all
