redacavi 04
well so far got both motor mounts in, wai intake, and catback exhaust. I have my hi-flow cat sitting here on the floor just waiting for my header to come in. Then ill probably get the crank pulley then on to suspension upgrades. Going to paint the interior and get the windows tinted soon as well. <br>
02 LS Sport - Indigo Blue Metallic
built motor, t72 , built tranny, lots of boost, lots of power = a poor me.
but it'll be fun!
I think about 400hp worth of boosted hp is a good start. Get a decent intercooled turbo kit, and add forged H beam con rods. Get mild cams, and P&P the head. Crank the boost/fuel until about 400hp. Should live happily there. Also looking at brake/suspension/wheel/tire upgrades....

Hate to double post, but that's $2784 without rubber on the rims, shipping/handling, or install costs.
Considering I make $40k a year, and I'm sure other people here too make at least $20k a year, that's doable...I had to save my butt off for this car, but it's so worth it!
^^^u need to do a lot of research buddy. u have no need for the cam followers or the fuel pump. just because a part says its for an ecotec, doesnt meanu need it.
Oops, I just included all my bookmarks lol
Maybe I should watch what I add...

Don't forget an aftermarket air intake. The stock intake/air box assembly is way too restrictive when it comes to air flow. Aeromotive make an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for an LT-1 that bolts onto the stock Ecotec 2.2L fuel rail with no modifications. The WET system is the way to go. The Dry setup sold by Edelbrock limits NOS pressure to 50 PSI. The WET system using fogger nozzles allows full NOS bottle pressure to mix with the fuel to create a killer fog only limited by the fuel pressure. I'm using a WET setup using a NOSzle setup. Before I was using a single fogger nozzle with 26 NOS and 18 Fuel jets. Somewhere in between 50-75 HP increase. I also have Eagle Rods and Wiseco Pistons, ported/polished head, aftermarket header, high flow cat, muffler, etc. 13's no problem for you.
