Wagon r at 120 mph at 5th gear. Will it damage the engine?

Hi,

I am an owner of new wagon r vxi. At times my driver touches 120mph at the 5th gear. Is it ok? Or will it damage or has already damaged my car?
As i have mentioned its a new car yet to cross the 1000km mark?
How can i maintenan the car?
