i have an 06 cobalt ls 2.2 and sometimes when i turn it on the rpms go up to like 1500 and then drop to like 800 n then back up to idle
also sometimes when i get gas a few hours after my check engine light comes on and mabe a day later it will go off...

get your gas cap checked or the sensor for the tank, one of them is going out, you should have a warranty
