since i put my ION Big Bore Throttle Body on my 05 saturn, my idle rev is between 1900 and 3000 rpm. I cant use hptuner.
My mods are CAI, ION Big Bore Throttle Body , 2.4 ho intake, lsj header, downpipe with hiflow, cat back without resonator 2.25''. Fidanza flywheel, rsm lightweight crank pulley. Are these mods are too much for my stock pcm? what are they alternative for me to tune it

Sounds like your throttle plate is being stuck open. I can't remember if you're mechanical or not but check it and see if it is open.
