Would I need to get a lil tune on the car after I had new headers and cat converter and exhaust?
I want to go with RK Sport headers and Cat and Borla exhaust.
You shouldn't need to, no.
When you start changing the amount of air coming into the engine, then yes. Fuel tuning is changing of the amount of fuel sprayed during the intake stroke. Tuning doesn't matter after that...so your exhaust changes aren't really effecting that, especially cause your exhaust valves are closed too.
