Cavalier extreme turbo kit

Does anybody out there have one of these kits, and if so does anybody have the stage 3 turbo kit. I want to know before i buy it if i can adjust it to more than 8 PSI of boost.

I believe the company is actually called Maximum Boost but thats beside the point. On the .org Frank (the owner) has been getting a lot of flaming towards him but he's actually showing signs of improvement. There's a post in the BOOST Forum on the .org about a 2.4L with the kit installed, not sure if its Stage 3 or not but its a start I guess.
