I have heard alot about the Hahn Racecraft turbo sets. They have sets for the Cav and Sunfire was wondering how much fabrication would be needed to stick a Stage 2 kit on my Ion.

On all of those models the exhaust manifolds face the rear for the Ecotec motor. Was thinking "If it works on one...It can work on the other." Only thing I can foresee being a pain is the IC piping since pretty much all of the exhaust runs down the center of the firewall. Anyone with more info toss me an idea.

Hahn has a turbo kit specifically for the ecotec. It should fit without any fabrication, except the normal install for it. Since Ions battery is in the trunk, there should be more room under the engine compartment for fitment.

To be sure you could email Hahn and ask if their ecotec tuebo kit would work in your Ion.
