Haltech E6GM for an Ecotec

Hi,
Does anyone know if the Haltech E6GM or E6GMX will work on a 2003 Ecotec 2.2L.
I am putting the engine into an offroad project and need a different ECM. I have the stock one but I do not think it will work because of the anti-lock device built into the ECM.
Anyone have any ideas.
