The idea of building up a Turbo Eco is interesting. Engines can be had at salvage yards CHEAP. Not sure the build up is cost effective though. I don't know what GM Performance Parts parts go for and Turbo kits are in the $3K range right? I think it would be fun to build one up or boost and install it in a basic Cavalier.
