I don't have a pre-cat???

Looks like the N body eco's have it and the J body's don't.

Dunno how yours look, but a lot of people bore and grind away the material in the precat. U donīt need it and theoperation frees up HP!!

yea id like to see them. one guy said if i take out the pre cat it would throw a code <br>

I think that you guys are talking about the resinator. All it is is another little type of muffler. I have had mine off for well over a year. Your exhust will be a hair louder and you will notice a little but of a turbo-like gurgle at lower rpms. No problems out of it. All they did was straight pipe it. They did not touch the cat at all. Any muffler shop will do it and it was like $25.
