will the short throw shifter that fits the 2.0 SS work in a LS or LT with little or no modifing
no they will not.. the 2.0 is already a shorter throw than the 2.2, and they both have reverse lock out.. wich im sure u know a 2.2 does not.. the only one that fits is the TWM i think.. i have it and i love it
you can remove the reverse lockout... i did on my sisters cavi n my one friends short shifter for his 2.2 base model cobalt. i was also wondering the reason why a b&m short shifter wouldnt fit into a base model cobalt w/o the reverse lock. does anyone know? or is it just cause of the reverse lock?
i have the cosmoracing short shifter and it is the best looking and performing one there is IMO and you cant beat $50.50 screw B&M its just a name
