They easiest way would be to find a wretched 02-05 cavalier or sunfire, and swap over all the required parts.

I've done a couple. Hard scale.... 1 being changing your oil, 10 being really hard...... I'd say a 8 or 9. You need to know how to weld. Cost, I've seen all the parts bought from a junk yard for about $1000. I charged $500 to do it.
