does anyone know part #s or where to get intercooler setup for gm supercharger part #1780003. this is supercharger from dealer. It has intake manifold that appears to have inlet and outlet for water from air to water intercooler. this is for an 04 cavalier with manual tranny. larger injectors were installed with kit
The intercooler setup is completely custom, you have to piece it together yourself. There's TONS of info about it on the .org. Try searching there.

Well not completely custom but I'd go along with about 80% custom. You can get the parts at the deaership for a Cobalt SS SC coupe and adapt them to fit your Cav.
I'm no longer at work so I'm sorry I can't get you the #'s till monday. Hang tight and monday when I get to work and get settled I'll post part #'s and some prices for you.

Well Jason as per your request I looked up the parts to build the intercooler setup for your car. There are more then 20 pieces, all sold seperatly and your looking at a total price of around $1200.00!
I'd suggest hitting local junkyards for these things cause IMO the price is cost prohibative.
But if you got it like that more power to ya! If you need the lst of part #'s and prices just ask.

thanks for checking. I would like part #'s. So even if I do get them at junk yard I know what I'm lookin for.
The Reservoir and Pump you can use from the Cobalt SS/SC everything else you would have to get elsewhere. I would suggest searching on JBody.org in the Boost Forum or EcotecForum.com where you'll find alot more info about the setup than you will here. No offense Jackalope.
None taken. The org has some good info but too many ass hats and trolls lurking about, thats why I'm not on there nearly as much as I used to be.
Just BE CAREFUL who you get your info from and just because someone means well doesn't mean the info will be correct.
The only good the part #'s will do for you is if you decided to get them from GM. If you find a wrecked Cobalt SS in a junkyard just grab everything you can get your hands on!

does the s/c kit come with the core for the intercooler that goes in the intake? if not does GM sell it and what is the P/N.
