2 steps colder = LTR7IX-11
stock #6510
1 step colder = LTR6IX-11
stock #6509
Use srt4 plugs at your own risk. They are supposed to be longer than stock. However, some people have used them with good results, some with bad, or worse.
I use the 2 steps colder for my S/C 03 cav.

Im running NGK LTR6IX-11(1 step colder) in my S/C ecotec cavalier. I am also at 10psi. I can conferm that the LTR6IX-11s are the same length as the stock ACDelcos.
