when doing an oil change do you have to lubricate anything?

The two tie rod ends have grease fittings. I believe those are the only two on the entire car.
I like to, at least once a year, lube the hood release, the door hinges, put some tire treatment on the door gaskets, etc.
You don't have to but I lube everything like CJ said atleast once a year I do mine every 3-6 months.

Every other oil change. But if you really, really love your ecotec; you'll make sure those tie rod ends get it every oil change.
