My brother blew the motor in his 2002 L200 . One of the valves were broken right off, the others all look like they are not seating right. It looks as though the valves have an unusual bend in them that gets them to seat correctly but his have spun around. Do the valves in this motor have a bend to the face of them for seating or did he lose his chain and bend them all? What do you think?
Blew the motor or the timing chain broke?
Thanks guys, didn't think that was intentional. Never actually pulled a OHC engine apart before, I have only done OHV, never mind one that has lost it's timing chain.
