jus recived my 4-2-1 headers from a nice guy in thomasville nc and was wonderin the best way to put them on,not to mention there is one bung for the o2 sensor and i thought there were 2 o2 sensors,on the 2004 cavy, jus need a little help basically a newbie,(used to have a 5.8 liter bronco)
there's an upstream sensor on the header, then there's a downstream sensor on the exhaust tube. as far as removing the exhaust manifold, remove it!! it's not hard, then replace it with the header. you remove the heat shield (if there is one) then the engine flange's bolts, then the downtube bolts
