I'm having second thoughts on the header. i still have it and i was wondering.. should i try another mechanic? Is it really possible to get warping due to cutting bolts to install header's? and is it really possible that heating the bolts up didnt help at all? What do you guys think should i try outta control. They put my exhaust on and the bolts were pretty rusted down there as well, worse then up top.

Take it to another mechanic. You should be able to get it on properly.
