A K&N Air Filter is now available for the 2.4L. K&N # 33-2315....same as the 3.5L.

you may want to clean the filter and lightly re-oil it using one of their filter cleaning kits BEFORE you use it. oil can transfer to the MAF and cause inaccurate readings. after a proper cleaning and light re-oil, you shouldn't have to worry. they just come heavily oiled from K&N.
btw - picking up my 2.4 G6 soon here (Monday) and can't wait to see how many miles i can squeeze out of a tank, then swap over to a filter i have laying around to do it again and see what i get (got one of them x-treme filters with the filter top).
Just a followup....how did is your G6 working out? Is the filter what you expected in performance?
The K&N is working out fine........I noticed a decrease in RPMs when cruising around 80.....was reading 3000 RPM....now down to 2600......plus I am using 89 octane....engine runs smoothely, but the gas mileage is at best around 25 mpg city/hwy.......
