I would just like to know if anyoen knows how to find teh ECOTEC, Cobalt HP Manual. I saw on cardomain, that a guy has a CD manual on how to upgrade your horsepower to higher levels. If you scroll down tot he bottom of this page

Are you talking about the GM Sport Sompact Build Book? If so it is on
GM Tuner Source at the bottom left.

i know there is a ecotec performance build book..so you can build up to 500 hp
