It needs to be a very quiet (almost stock) sounding exhaust system, because I will want to hear my supercharger when I get that after the exhaust. Let me know what you think
That's fine. Make sure you get an oval style muffler and 2 1/4" piping.

if it were me here is what i would do. first get a high flow cat, upgrade to 2.5 pipe, remove the resonator and leave the muffler. it will be a little louder than stack but you will be able to hear the supercharger if its not quiet because of dog house insulation.

You're not going to hear a supercharger through the exhaust. If you want to hear it more, you change the intake.
