The only place to have the PCM recoded right now is Jbodyperformance.
Several people are working on software now to allow you to tune it yourself but nothing is out yet.
Which cobalt, i know the HHR and the cobalt are built on the same chassy but some are closer then others. the cobalt SS (the none supercharged one) has the exact same engine. I will ask someone at work for you tomorrow and post again. its a GM dealership so they will know.
