What is the difference between a Dry and a Wet nitrous oxide system(NOS)?

Ok so i looked it up but i dont understand. I know that in a dry system, the nitrous flows upstream with the fuel and in the chamber but in the wet system is the fuel and nitrous inside the bottle? Help and make it simple please?

Any idea?
