What would I need off of the 2003 2.0 saab motor to convert make my 2003 cavalier turbocharged?
I'm thinking,
Oil return/feed lines
downpipe
exhuast header
turbo
fuel injectors
FMU
Would these parts interchange?
Are you sure you want to do that? I think that it might be more practical, at least for pulling more power to either search for the 2.0 liter ecotec turbo that they have in the solstice and the saturn sky. It makes 260 horsepower and likewise with torque... just a suggestion.

No. That's an LNF engine and totally different fuel injection system and turbocharger system than the LK9 (Saab 2.0) engine.
Example: The LNF turbo system is front mount intercooled, LK9 is side mounted.

No, completely different engines.
The LNF has Variable Valve Timing, the LK9 doesn't. I don't have the bore and stroke specs but I believe the bore is defenitley different. As far as the compression, LNF is an 9.2:1 compressioned engine, LK9 is an 9.5:1 compressioned engine.
Also consider that they LNF was just developed recently and first brought out in 2006 and the LK9 showed up in 2003.
It's just different, sorry.

I see. Thanks a million, 'cause now I can fully understand this stuff when Higgins and Winstel explain it to me
And I musta been out of it, 'cause I already knew the Skyy and Soltice had VVT 'cause I helped my mom assemble a Skyy Redline on Saturn.com last night... big duuuh on my part

Quick clarification: The LK9 (or what saab calls it, the B207R or B207L) has a front mounted intercooler between the a/c condenser and the radiator. And It's just as big as both.

Are all the LK9s front mounted?

I could have sworn they were side-mounted...my bad I guess.
Thanks Tom.
